Booking Policy

Property & Installation: We take reasonable care during installation and removal but are not responsible for damage to grass, landscaping, plants, mulch, soil, hardscaping, underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other property that may occur during normal installation or removal. Customers must disclose known hazards, sprinkler heads, irrigation lines, underground utilities, or fragile landscaping before installation. We may adjust placement as needed for safety or property conditions. Sprinklers & Lawn Care: We are not responsible for damage to sprinkler or irrigation systems. Please identify sprinkler locations and avoid running irrigation while your display is installed. Customers are responsible for ensuring lawn services, landscapers, and others do not damage or move the display. Weather: Displays are exposed to the elements. We are not responsible for damage caused by wind, rain, flooding, lightning, hail, extreme temperatures, hurricanes, tropical storms, or other severe weather. For safety, we may postpone, modify, relocate, remove, or cancel a display due to weather or unsafe conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes and determine the best available solution. Theft, Damage & Tampering: Once installed, the customer is responsible for protecting the display from theft, vandalism, pets, children, guests, vehicles, lawn equipment, and other preventable damage. Displays may not be moved, removed, or altered by the customer or others. Customers may be responsible for repair or replacement costs for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Availability & Substitutions: All designs, props, colors, characters, numbers, signs, and other items are subject to availability. We may substitute an item of similar style, size, color, or value when necessary. Access & Timing: Installation and removal times are estimates and may change due to weather, traffic, scheduling, property conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the installation area. If access or conditions are unsuitable, we may modify, postpone, or cancel the installation. Safety & Liability: Customers are responsible for keeping children, pets, guests, and others from climbing on or tampering with displays. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Yard Famous is not responsible for injury, property damage, or loss resulting from weather, misuse, tampering, theft, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
